The acceleration due to gravity g' at a point at a depth 'd' below the surface of earth is given by:
g' =g1-dRd is tte from the surface of the earth.At the centre d = Rg' =g1-RR =Hence g is zero.W = mgW =  0 The weight of the body is also zero at the centre of the earth  at the centre of the earth

hope it helps. ...

Acceleration due to gravity at a depth h below the earth surface is g'= g(1-h/R)   At the centre of the earth, depth h=R. So putting h=R in the formula, u get g'=0

Juned67: tume correct answer pata hai ???
sharmin1098765: The one which I gave now is correct. I learnt it almost a year ago so I forgot. I checked just now
Juned67: kaha se check kia'
sharmin1098765: Book
Juned67: no byji waal sir and topper .com ka sir abhi isse galat kah dia hai
Juned67: which book
sharmin1098765: I'm from bangladesh. So you won't know the book name
Juned67: yaar tum hi socho na agar radius zero hoga to force to khud hi infinite hojayega kyuki inversely proportin hai
sharmin1098765: But according to the formula for g below the earth surface, it's correct...
Juned67: no yaar its no correct
