Water of earth does not fall down because of gravitational force.... It acts the same on water as it acts on any other thing... It pulls the object towards itself and hence the water of earth does not fall down

the water from earth does not fall down because the force of gravitational attraction between the water and the earth is greater than the force of gravitational attraction between the water and anything else.
