why the zirconium and hafnium shows same atomic radii?​

Answer:

Zirconium and hafnium have similar atomic radii because of the basis of shielding effect. In case of post lanthanide elements like hafnium , 4f subsgell is filled and it is not very effective at shielding the outer shell electrons.
