why there always cold wheather on hilly areas??

because on such areas sun rays are slanting making temperature low

Lower pressure at higher altitudescauses the temperature to be colder on top of a mountain than at sea level. As air rises, the pressure decreases. It is this lower pressure at higheraltitudes that causes the temperature to be colder on top of a mountain than at sea level
