Why there are different categorisations of invertebrates?

the phylum shows the different categories in invertebrates like Porifera cnideria, Arthropoda molusca, echinodermata hemichordata because they have different and special type of organ system and week notochord.

ALL VERTEBRATES ARE CHORDATES BUT ALL CHORDATES OR NOT VERTEBRATES.
