why there are three fahrenheit, celsius and kelvin for measuring?

They serve different purposes. Celsius's 0 to 100 is the point at which water freezes to the point at which it boils. Fahrenheit's 0 to 100 is a more reasonable range of temperatures the weather generally reaches on Earth.
