Water itself could and would not be a very efficient method of power for a bike as we typically combust a gas to turn the engine. Therefore, the water, as we know it is H2O, contains Hydrogen which is highly explosive and has been tried and tested many times in cars. ... Then use the hydrogen as fuel.

Because when petrol can burn easily then it produces heat energy and thus bike moves easily by this process while water can't burn so it is not use in bikes.
