why there is a lack of vacuole in cell of meristamatic tissue? plzz tell me the ans fast.....

Meristematic cells divide frequently and give rise to new cells and hence they need dense cytoplasm and thincell wall. Vacuoles causes hindrance in cell division as it is full of cell sap to provide turgidity and rigidity to thecell.

the meristematic tissue lacks vacuole as the energy produced by cell is instantly used during cell division and the cell has nothing to store so they lack vacuole..
