A man's overall identity advancement can be assessed through this assessment, not constraining a man completely based on grades scored by him however how he has risen toward the end of the term alongside scholastics. 
I term it as a total bundle general development of a man to be investigated separated from the perusing talking tuning in and composing abilities, advancement of mathematical approach, natural mindfulness, PC based getting the hang of, singing, performing expressions, physical training, drawing, Craft, individual attributes a record of how the youngster is developing is CCE. A total persistent extensive approach towards the assessment of a student for the entire year.

To make the education and learning effective for the students, teachers need to evaluate them on a regular basis in order to keep a check and balance on if they are able to learn and understand the topics which are being taught in the class.

Also,to become expert in mathematics and become efficient it needs continuous practice, thus teachers themselves need to continuously work on improving their skills so they are able to teach and make the children understand in a better manner. 

Hence, for effective learning and teaching, there is a need of continuous and comprehensive evaluation in teaching learning of mathematics
