it is not like that men only have potential and ability to do work out of the box,

there is also a need to bring women out of the box.

so the first step towards Is to make them their place in society been feel ,

make place for women , give them new opportunity, open up space for them .

for this first they need a place to stand for, if men only occupy all the places how come and where would women stand up .

to secure their place there is a need to reserve some place , for this there is the need for reservation in every quota of work .

thus, there is a need of reservation and overall parliament should pass a reservation bill for women.
