there is a time lag of two hours between Gujarat and Arunachal Pradesh because : -
1)Arunachal Pradesh is located in the Eastern Most Longitude 97degree 25east
2)Gujarat is in the western most longitude 68degree 7east
3)They are 30degree longitude apart for every fifteen degree of longitudinal difference is , there is corresponding time difference of 1 hour
4)When the sun rises at 6 am in arunachal Pradesh , it is 4a.m in Gujarat and it is still dark in Gujarat
hope it helps ☺☺

India has longitudinal extent of 30 degree. due to this there is a time lag of 2 hours between the sunrise on the easternmost and westernmost horizons of India. due to rotation the Earth takes 4 minute to rotate through one degree of longitude .the difference in time is one hour for 15 degree of longitude. therefore, for a longitudinal extent of 30 degree of India there is a time of leg of 2 hours when it is 6 a. m. in Rancho Pradesh it is still 4 a. m in Gujarat and Jaisalmer but the watches in all parts of India and according to standard time is it from 82 half zero degree east longitude for the watches in Arunachal Pradesh and gems mark so the same time despite the different sunrise
