In non-uniform circular motion an object is moving in a circular path with a varying speed. Since the speed is changing, there is tangential acceleration in addition to normal acceleration. So there is a uniform circular motion in a circular path.

it is not compulsory that it has uniform motion however the motion around a circular path is considered accelerated due to the continuously changing velocity
