why There is a white deposit in glass vessel in which NaOH is stored.

NaOH reacts with the CO2 present in the air over the solution inside the bottle. A glass stopper has a conical shape and to remove it with low pressure inside you should make a tremendous force (breaking it or the bottle) to pull it out.
