Why there is an urgent need to protect the workers of organised sector?

Because the already set up workers of organised sector know well and have more information related to development of the sector in other fields

▪since 1996 many worker in the organised sector are lossing jobs.

▪Thus they are forced to join the unorganized sector

▪ In unorganized sector their payment is low and they don't get any facilities like paid holiday
