Why there is difference between farmer money paid and actual money in market

In subsistence agriculture, the grown crops are consumed locally. In Plantation agriculture, the crops are grown mainly for export, ... Only a single crop is grown in plantations. For example, tea plantation has only tea and rubber plantation has only rubber trees.
