there is a demarcation between dividing and non dividing cell of animal tissues as almost all cells except neural cells and Cardiac cells can divide by the process of mitosis but any cell except meiocyte in human body can undergo division through meiosis. human body is not divided into simple or Complex tissue but only have complex tissues and hence you cannot demarcate them easily as plant cells but the demarcations still exists.

Answer

This is due to the difference in pattern of growth between animal and plants. The growth in plants is restricted in some regions while in animals the cell growth in uniform throughout the body. That i why there is no demarcation between dividing and non dividing cell of animal tissue.

Hope it helps.
