1️⃣"No educational qualification like graduation or Phd is required for candidates to conduct election but he must need to qualify +2 "because in democratic country like India people need the leader who fulfil their valid demands.
2️⃣In democratic country the candidate is selected on the basis of his leadership quality.
3️⃣The candidate must be able to speak, and act for the people.
4️⃣He must be able to take a suitable decision.
5️⃣Democracy is all about "By the people ,to the people, for the people"
