why there is no horizontal buoyancy force?( I NEED A BIG ANSWER)

lets start with action reaction law(newton’s 3rd law of motion),now in a fluid gravity pulls a body vertically downward and not horizontally so acc. to 3rd law of motio buoyany which is a upthrust force act vertically upward and not horizontally.
