A single celled organism keeps on dividing into two by asexual reproduction. So, at the end of there life cycle they simply divide and not die naturally.

Answer:

Death does occur in some unicellular organisms, but that is not because the organisms have arrived at the end of their 'natural lifespan' as suggested by the question, instead, it happens either because they are harmful or because it takes less energy to kill them than to maintain them.

Hope it Helps !!!
