Why there is no release of co2 by plants during day time?

Answer :-

During day time,the process of photosynthesis takes place.

As it happens in the presence of sunlight,it can’t occur at night.

Hence CO2 occurs at night.

well there is no release of co2 during the day time as conditions required for photosynthesis are available and as co2 is an essential of the above process..it is therefore used rather released..
