Why there is no respiratory system in plants

Answer:

Plants take in  carbon-di-oxide and absorbs it and then it gives out oxygen. Plants do not have lungs or any respiratory organ in themselves so they don't need the process of respiration. Plants do not need respiratory system because roots , stems, leaves of plants exchange gases .
