why there is no sun in winter and moon​

The sun does not get cold in the winter. The sun is a giant ball of fire driven by nuclear reactions. Regions of earth are colder in the winter because the tilt of the earth causes the sunlight to be spread over a larger area and therefore be weaker per unit area in these regions.
