And I also have reservation but I don't like that .....

Absolutely right!!!!

People should be judged on the basis of their talent & their capabilities...

Due to these reservations, most of the talented people are left behind... And these days people without talent get much more good jobs rather than the ones who are even more talented than them... So in my knowledge Reservations create alot of Injustice...
