Why there is seperation of chambers in heart?

because blood containing oxygen they cannot mix with blood containing carbon dioxide

The separation ensures that the deoxygenated and the oxygenated blood do not mix together or come in contact with each other and ensures that the normal body temperature is maintained as the blood does not mix.
