Why there is so much emphasis on conservation of energy resources these days?

This is because as the population is incresing the demand for energy resources is also increasing and the natural energy resource take billions of years to form. So it is necessary to conserve energy resources for our upcoming generation.

nowadays,there is much emphasis on conservation of energy resources.it may be because these days people are wasting the various sources of energy.the energy is nowadays wasted soo much and so we should conserve it because if we would be still going on wasting it,it needs more than hundred years to develop all such resources and these many fuels.then we will not get any comforts in our future.even we would not be to alive.so,i request everyone to stop using resources badly.i would just say that,"save energy,live fully".
