why there is still discrimination between boys and girls? is that discrimination good?why?

yes there is still discrimination at most of the plances and in most of the fields.This is very bad because boys and girls are both equal and not only that girls are more qualified ,educated and talented. But they are not given too importance as they believe that it is a patriarchal society and this type of society only men can work in the field and woman is forced to deal with households chores. And one more important reason is that women are not provided to go to school for acquiring knowledge,as conservatives people thinks that there is no advantage of educating women because they think that they have to work in kitchen only.
