Hy,
There's no trigeminal neuropathy in Sjogren syndrome. Sjogren syndrome is an autoimmune disease consists of xerostomia, dry mouth and keratoconjuctivitis sicca, i.e.,dry eyes.

The diagnosis of autonomicneuropathy should be made by a neuromuscular specialist. Sjögren's syndrome can cause numbness or burning of the face, called “trigeminal neuralgia.” ... For example, up to 20% of patients with a “small-fiber”neuropathy may also have trigeminal neuropathy.
