Why those steam shows more energy then water at same temperature ?​

Liquid water molecules have less freedom to move around. While molecules of water vapour have more freedom to move around as there is larger space between the molecules. Hence, the kinetic energy of water molecules is more as compared to the kinetic energy of liquid water.

Answer:

It is because water vapour being a gas exerts much more pressure than water which is a liquid at the same temperature. water is heated it turns to gaseous vapour and the steam gives of a hot heat gas , when we put at high pressure it gives more energy.
