Because in three chambered heart there is the mixing of oxygenated and deoxygenated blood which results in fatigue after the animals walk or travel very small distance.

Frog has three chambered heart with atria and ventricle . Left atrium receives oxygenated blood from the lungs while right atrium receives deoxygenated blood from the body. both the atria empty into a single ventricle due to which the blood get mixed up.
