There are more than one temporary endocrine glands in our body. Thymus: It helps in the production of T-lymphocytes. ... But in the absence of pregnancy, it degenerates into Corpus Albicans and finally expelled from the body via menstrual fluid (Blood+unfertilized ovum+Corpus Albicans.
