Answer:

Novel heteroscorpionate-containing titanium complexes, TiCl3(bdmpza) and TiCl2(bdmpza){O(CH2)4Cl} (bdmpza = bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)acetate), have been prepared. Toluene solutions of these complexes with methylaluminoxane catalyze the polymerization of ethylene and show a high catalytic activity.
