why tiling should not be done in open spaces aronud house, building and school ?

Tiles can be placed efficiently only on a flat surface.
Any kind of vibrations will cause the tiles to deflect from their flatness and crack out. Since, the noise levels and vibrations around schools and many buildings cannot be controlled due to various reasons, having tiles around them would not be a good idea in the long run.
Also, having tiles in open areas is one of the most dangerous causes of many accidents especially due to slipping. Therefore, it is preferred to use tiles only in a dry environment.
