Why time isn't both scalar and vector quantity

dear , a scalar quantity is unit just having a magnitude and vector quantity is a scalar with direction that mean both magnitude and direction but I am going to add a bit to definition of vector quantity is a scalar with direction in the 3d space . Acc. to me ,that is the whole of it. Now I think you might be familiar that time is now considered to be 4d
