Why toluene in chem instead having u prounounced as tovene ?

See soumya there is nothing related to chemistry in this it's just pronounced as that like pronunciation of everything is unique so in british English toluene is pronounced such but actually it is pronounced it is pronounce toluene and it looks like pronounced tovene it's just same pronunciation doesn't matter ee have to give theory paper :-)
