When two objects are rubbed against each other electrostatic forces comes into play. One of the body attains positive charge and one gets neagative charge . Since there is a considerable attraction force among them . Electron tranfer takes place while binding them.

the frictional charging process results in transfer of electrons between the two objects in which one of them is charged positively and another negatively because one of the object is more electron-loving object than other which results in that both objects gets opposite charge..
