why transport system is very slow in plants?

Humans have a very efficient system of transport because we have a pumping heart that pushes the blood through our bodies and we also have the use of our muscles, so when we move around we also pump our lymphatic circulatory system. Plants, however don’t have a organ or mechanism like this, so therefore they have have a much slower transport system. They use things like cilia and villa, little hairlike structures that slowly sweep nutrients and waste to their proper place in a wave like motion. It’s not the fastest, but it’s very efficient for the plant body.
