Just like the adaptor (a device that resembles a mobile charger),tRNA complexly attaches itself to the ribosome-mRNA complex through factors (initiation and elongation; not growth factors ;) ... This helps in inserting the correct amino acid by it's unique anticodon to mRNA codon.

A transfer RNA (abbreviated tRNA and formerly referred to as sRNA, for soluble RNA) is an adaptor moleculecomposed of RNA, typically 76 to 90 nucleotides in length, that serves as the physical link between the mRNA and the amino acid sequence of proteins.
