See trypsin is an type of enzyme secreted by the pancreas and reaches to our small intestine while absorption of food in our body.

So it's an enzyme so it helps in digesting protein in pancreas so it is only goes to small intestine not in STOMACH

First of all Trypsin is released in small intestine. Secondly, it is pepsin which helps in digestion of proteins.
