Why two light sources are called coherent?

Two independent light source cannot act as coherent sources. Two sources of light are said to be coherent if they emit light which always has a constant phase difference between them. It means that the two light sources must emit radiations of the same wavelength.

If two sources are said to be coherent if they have exactly same frequency and have zero or constant phase difference.

Example= Sun light
