equal vectors are vectors that have the same magnitude and the same direction. equal vectors start at different positions note that when director are equal the directed line segments are parallel If two vectors are equal then their vector columns are equal

two same vectors are unidirectional but different in magnitudes because if they have both same magnitude & same direction then they must be one vector.
