in India we have certain Budgets for scientists which is not sufficient for some of the scientists so they ended up going USA

and also many people think that in USA if they do anything no one will have objections.

In simple words most of us have made different stereotypes about USA and we only made people think that USA is a super power

but still we should know the fact that superpower always doesn't mean it's best.
