why vacuoles are large in plant cell than animal cell

Because vacuoles are used to store waste materials. So the animals have small vacuoles as they remove their waste material with the time and plants have big vacuoles as they do not remove waste products.

plant require large vacuoles because they are vacuoles are used for a stone age of water which provides strength and rigidity to the plant should there by allowing it to stay upright.

animal cells don't require vacuoles for remaining the upright since some of the cells surrounded by vitamins, minerals and protein making it hard.
