it is so because as per rules we have to get a simplest whole no. ratio...
see,
for Fe you got 1.0 and for O u got 1.5
so by simplifying 1.0/1.5 or we can say 1.0 : 1.5 = 2:3 ( cancel both by 5 )
that's y u got the values 2 and 3...
