Why variability of rainfall is important

Rainfall is important as without rainfall, we would not be able to live in this world. It gives us rainfall which we all use it. They are produced at the time of the early earth where the volcanoes erupted and the smoke created causes the formation of CLOUDS.

When this eruption keeps on moving , it leads to rainfall and then the life began. This is how variability of rainfall is important.
