Why vegetables are cooked with difficulty at hill station?

because at hill stations pressure is less so it is difficult to cook

At higher altitudes, the boiling point of water
decreases as boiling point is affected by pressure.

The lower the pressure, the lower the boiling point.

Due to the decrease in boiling point, water gets evaporated quickly and the vegetables are not cooked properly.
