HELLO THERE!
Ventricles are the pumping chambers of the heart.
This means that they have to pump blood to all parts of our body, in fact, to supply blood to our brain and other body organs which are located on the upper side, it has to work against gravity.
Thus, to work with much more power and more efficiency, walls of ventricles are thicker.
In fact, walls of left ventricle is three times thicker than that of the right ventricle. This is because the left ventricle needs to pump out the blood through the AORTA to all parts of the body.
THANKS!
