➠ AnSwer :-

  • Venus shines so brightly that it is the first “star” to appear in the sky after the Sun sets, or the last to disappear before the Sun rises.
  • Its orbital position changes, thus causing it to appear at different times of the night throughout the year.

------>>>>Here is your answer<<<<--------

➫Venus is on the east side of the Earth and we know that Earth rotates from West to east so from an observer's eye on the Earth the venus can be seen clearly to the east side in the morning before the sun rise.

➫when the sun sets the venus will still be above the observer's horizon and will be seen or visible to the observer as an evening star.

These are the reason why venus is called a morning and an evening star.

HOPE IT HELPS YOU..
