Since viviparous animals directly give birth to their young ones only when the th e baby is developed. So,from the fertilization, till their birth they stay in uterus (of mother),where they get proper safety from evironment An d also proper nutriton.And that is the reason why their young ones are likely to be safe

Viviparous animals give birth to young ones which means the young one is developed in uterus and is safe in that environment whereas oviparous animals give eggs outside. This is not safe as many eggs are eaten by other animals or are destroyed. And so this is the reason why viviparous animals have better chances of survival than oviparous animals.
