nightingale was not stupid creature, she was just innocent one, having peace and calm hearted doesn't meant creature is stupid.

Hey friend,
Nightingale was a stupid creature because she firstly believed that the frog owned the tree and he was a good singer. She believed him and didn't thought that he might be wrong. She was such a fool to let frog earm money by selling her songs for silver. She practiced enough and sang against her wishes. She wasn't sensible enough to refuse frog for any of his unreasonable demands.
