Why was babur sucessful in invading india? What circumstances were in his favour?

Babur was not living near delhi but was called by nadir shah to defeat the power at centre that is ruler in delhi so he defeated delhi ruler and became nawab od delhi at centre. Now he want the mughals to be most powerful and started extending his empire. He was very strong to do so. His military techniques were good.
